INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE
The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, on behalf of VISN 6 intends to enter into a sole source procurement with CareFusions Solutions LLC, 3750 Torrey View Court, San Diego, CA 92130.
NAICS code 541519-Other Computer Related Services. The proposed contract action is to provide software management services to Alaris Infusion System. The Contractor is to provide software management services to include; internet, webinar and on-site training and clinical education, support ranging from remote monitoring of the Alaris Systems Manager to technical support for the Alaris Infusion System and includes collection of data and providing analytic tools and services to VISN 6 VA Medical facilities. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.103-1(b) using the procedures under FAR 12.102 (a), Restricting Competition. Contract will be for a period of performance of a base plus four option years. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation. Interested parties may identify their interest in the requirement and capabilities to [email protected] no later than 10:00 AM EST, Aug.7, 2024. Telephone inquirers will not be accepted. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
