The City seeks proposals in response to this RFP from businesses qualified and experienced in providing food and beverage services in a concession-style model at the Al Ritchie Arena, 2230 Lindsay St (the "Arena”). Concession facility - see Schedule C for a drawing of the Concession area. The arena has an 85 foot by 189 foot ice surface, with a seating capacity of 800. The arena has an operating season for hockey of approximately 28 weeks beginning in October and ending in March with a weekday schedule of approximately 4:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. and a weekend schedule of approximately 8 a.m. until 11 p.m. The contractor shall endeavour to operate the concession to suit user needs. The hours of operation for the concession for holidays and special events are subject to the approval by the City. The Concession is equipped with the equipment as detailed in Schedule D to the Form of Agreement attached as Annex A including, but not limited to: - Moffat 24” x 20” grill - Range hood - Shelving units and cupboards

Site Meeting There will be an information session regarding this competition on November 19, 2025 at 1:00 P.M., C.S.T. (SK) for any interested proponents to attend. The session will take place at the Al Ritchie Arena, 2230 Lindsay Street, Regina, Saskatchewan.
