The Syrian Trading Corporation in Tartous announces its desire to conduct a public auction for a display:
1- Al-Qadmous hall located in the city of Al-Qadmous is located on a main road opposite the Electricity Directorate and near the region's district with a total area/350 m 2/to rent
2- WatchSheikh Badr, located in Sheikh Badr City, near the Agricultural League, with a total area of 225 square meters for renting
according to Law No. 51 of 2004 and Decree No. 450 of 2004, according to the foundations and human rights, technical and financial conditions mentioned in the conditions book on the bidding and the following conditions:
Initial insurance: / 4000 $ / for each hall put in the circumstanceDuring the auction session
final insurance: 10% of the total contract value
implementation period: two years from the date of the direct order, renewable with the consent of the two parties
the period of the bidder's correlation with a presentation of 30 days from the date of referral to it
