Qty 1 ORION-8-0047-W-R05, Orion-8 7-Gun Flange with 8" CF for direct deposition

- Includes bolts and interconnecting hardware

Qty 4 A320-O-xP, A320-Orion UHV Magnetron Sputtering Source for 2" Ø target(s):

- Pneumatic UHV shutter

- Integral isolation chimney

- Integral gas injection to source head for reactive sputtering and low pressure operation

- To be installed on corresponding ORION-8-0047-W flange in confocal orientation





QA Paragraph(S): 3.1.3, 4.43 (See attached QA 101 for details)

Freight along with tariffs and any Packing & Handling fees are to be included in the all-inclusive price of the item delivered to BNL. *The BNL PO will NOT have a line for freight or extra fees. Please include all costs in the price of the product.
