RA-kiskaup (State Trading Centre), on behalf of Isavia Ohf, requests quotes for PRM service (access to air travel for disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility) in Leifur EirA-ksson Air Terminal (FLE) for 2 years. Planned contract period is from 1.9.2016 to 31.8.2018, with an option of extension of the contract 2 times, for 1 year at a time, up to 4 years total.The tender is based on estimated 25 000 service requests per year. The terminal building is open 24 hours a day. The service shall be performed at all hours there is more traffic during summertime than during wintertime.The service shall fulfil the requirements set in the EU Regulation (EC) No 1107/2006, concerning the rights of disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility when travelling by air. This is also valid for persons who have reduced mobility because of sickness or because of age. The service shall be planned concerning individual needs, performed with great care and within time limits set forth in tender documents.
