Tender Details

The goal of the project is to repair/replace the existing ventilation systems to ensure dust and temperature control. Supply and install five (5) motorized dampers, three (3) intakes comes with 2” intake filtration racks. All electrical work will be performed by the airports airfield electrician. Coordination for scheduling the airport electrician will be the responsibility of the contractor. The airfield generator must remain operational at all times. The facility is located within a restricted area of the airport requiring airport staff escort at all times. Escort staff are available at no cost Monday to Friday 6am to 8pm only. After hours escort must be coordinated two days in advance with the Airport Manager and will be charged at a cost recovery. Attendance at a site review 2pm on Tuesday, April 9th, 2024 is a manditary requirement to submit a valid bid. Contractors will meet at the Airport Maintenance Building, 181 Veterans Way to be escorted to the Field electrical Centre (FEC).
