Application Procedure:

An application for participation in an electronic auction is submitted only by a person registered in a unified information system and accredited on an electronic platform, taking into account the provisions of Article 112 of Federal Law dated 05.04.2013 No. 44-FZ “On the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services to ensure state and municipal needs ”(hereinafter Federal Law No. 44-FZ). Submission of applications for participation in the procurement of certain types of goods, works, services, for whose participants the Government of the Russian Federation in accordance with parts 2 and 2.1 of Article 31 of Federal Law No. 44-FZ establishes additional requirements, is carried out only by procurement participants, electronic documents (or their copies) of which are posted in accordance with part 13 of Article 24.2 of Federal Law No. 44-FZ by the operator of the electronic site in the register of procurement participants accredited to the electronic site. An application for participation in an electronic auction, with the exception of the case provided for in paragraph 8.1 of Article 66 of Federal Law No. 44-FZ, shall be sent by the participant of such an auction to the operator of the electronic site in the form of two electronic documents containing parts of the application provided for in parts 3 and 5 of Article 66 of Federal Law No. 44-FZ. These electronic documents are submitted simultaneously.
