THIS IS A CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM (CSI). THIS IS A CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM. EJCP CERTIFICATION APPLIES. A GOVERNMENT FIRST ARTICLE TEST IS NOT REQUIRED. DELIVERY: 128 DAYS ARO TO THE DESIGNATED LOCATION. UNRESTRICTED ACQUISITION APPLIES. OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION APPLIES.
