THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT only. The purpose of the synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size classification relative to NAICS 333912 Air and Gas Compressor Manufacturing, a small business size standard of 1, 000 employees. Responses to this synopsis will be utilized by the Government to determine the appropriate procurement methodology. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published to the general public on contract opportunities at https:// sam.gov. Responses to this sources sought synopsis shall not be considered a response to a solicitation. All interested offerors will respond as an interested party to this sources sought.
THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
The New Hampshire Army National Guard requires a Total Aircraft Washing System. The Total Aircraft Washing System will include the following CLINS:

The requirement shall have all of the following salient characteristics
Fully self-contained portable cleaning system, designed for aircraft washing flight line or ground support decontamination and cleaning. With dual gun operation, a capacity of 525-gallons of water, 60-gallons of soap, with a pressure delivery system and an auxiliary soap delivery system.
