Project Overview: The FAA requires a comprehensive physical inventory audit to establish an accurate inventory on-hand record for both inventory integrity and financial reporting purposes prior to system transition. The scope of work involves performing manual, physical blind-count audits of approximately 45, 000 aircraft part line items located at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) in Oklahoma City, OK. The selected contractor must provide comprehensive reporting that accurately reflects the physical inventory and identifies any discrepancies. All audits and final reporting must be completed no later than September 30, 2026.
