Description

This notice is for the issuance of the DRAFT Request for Proposal (DRFP) as well as the notice for a Pre-Solicitation Conference in support of the Presidential Helicopters Program aircraft maintenance and modification services effort. This notice is related to Sources Sought N00019-23-RFPREQ-APM274-0221. This DRFP and Pre-Solicitation Conference is to engage industry to better inform acquisition decisions. The DRFP will be released in PIEE on 21 March 2024 no later than 1600 EDT. The DRFP is unclassified with attachments that are Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Distribution Statement D. DRFP documents include Sections A through M, associated exhibits and attachments (CUI).

THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

INDUSTRY FEEDBACK:

Industry feedback and/or clarification questions to the DRFP as well as those resulting from the Pre-Solicitation Conference (to include One-on-Ones) are invited to begin at this time. All industry feedback and/or clarification questions shall be provided to the Points of Contact (POCs) identified in this announcement no later than 23 April 2024 at 1200 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

All feedback shall be unclassified. It is preferred that potential Prime Offerors submit their questions, input, or comments using the attached form Industry Feedback Tracker.xls. All non-proprietary industry feedback and/or clarification questions received will be added to this tracker with a Government response and posted to SAM.gov prior to releasing the final RFP.

INSTRUCTIONS TO REQUEST CONTROLLED UNCLASSIFIED INFORMATION:
