Subject: context of the Consultation The Vanoise National Park (PNV) has been using aerial lifting companies for many years for the supply of shelters and huts, as well as for the delivery of equipment and materials within the framework of works. Due to the isolation of its buildings and works, the use of helicopter interventions remains essential. The specifications describe the market methods linking the Vanoise National Park and the lifting company which will be retained. For occasional urgent and small amount needs, the contracting authority may possibly address a service provider other than the market holder, provided that the cumulative amount of such purchases does not exceed the sum of 10, 000 euros HT on the total market duration. The use of this possibility does not exempt the contracting authority from respecting its commitment to place orders up to the minimum amount of the market. As an indication, the average annual amount of air transport ordered by the National Park between 2021 and 2023 amounted to € 50, 000 excl.
