This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The United States Air Force has a requirement for construction services to perform safety repairs on the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) at Jose Aponte Airport Ceiba, Puerto Rico, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

Schedule of Events
Site Visit: An organized site visit is scheduled for Monday, February 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM AST. The site visit will be held at Jose Aponte Airport, Puerto Rico. All interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend.
