AFSC/PZIOB at Tinker AFB, OK intends to award a sole source order to Oshkosh Aerotech LLC, 4074 S 1900 W Roy, Utah 84067-4103.
This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. The Air Cargo Handling Dock (ACHD) system to offload pallets from wide-body cargo aircraft that provides flexibility in-garrison to perform operations anywhere on the airfield and in austere locations. See attached List of Materials (LOM) for specifications.
