The Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board is seeking quotations fromqualified mechanical contractors for the Air Handler Upgrade at Holy CrossElementary School, 410 Brittany Dr, Thunder Bay, Ontario. The scope of workincludes demolition of the existing air handling unit and electric hot water tanks, supply and installation of a new air handling unit (AHU-1) on a structural steelsupport stand with concrete base, new ductwork, heating coil connections to theexisting boiler system, a new gas-fired domestic hot water heater (WH-1) withassociated piping, VFD drive, and all related mechanical, plumbing, and structuralwork as detailed in the engineering drawings and specifications.
