INTRODUCTION:
This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability and technical capability of small and large businesses to meet the Government-s requirement for contracting with an Air Show Management Firm to coordinate at least one civilian flyovers for the 75th Air Force Anniversary scheduled Saturday, June 27, 2026 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., CDT. The technical requirements for portable toilets, trash, tents, and chain of command schedule shall reference Atch 1 - Technical Specifications. Delivery is required to Arnold AFB located in TN.
The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement if a requirement materializes.
