Description : This Negotiated Request for Proposals (the “NRFP”) is an invitation by l-Hôpital Montfort (“HM”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Air Duct Cleaning, as further described in Section A of the NRFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”) for the Hôpital Montfort and the Carrefour Santé Aline-Chrétien. The Supplier will be in charge of the cleaning of HVAC components One mandatory site visit led by representatives of HM will be held at Hôpital Montfort on June 8, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time Hôpital Montfort 713 Montreal Road, Ottawa, ON Followed by a visit of the Carrefour Santé Aline-Chrétien 2225 Mer-Bleue Rd, Orléans, ON K4A 5M3 Please enter by the main entrance; a representative will welcome you. That mandatory visit provide potential bidders with an opportunity to view the project site and become familiar with existing conditions. Please confirm your presence by June 2nd, 2023 at 2:00 PM by sending an e-mail at achat@montfort.on.ca and pierreaseingier@montfort.on.ca. To prepare for the Mandatory Site Visit accordingly to health measures in place, only two (2) representatives for each company will be allowed to be present for the visit.
