The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) is seeking qualified vendors to supply OEM air dryer kits and replacement units for its active bus fleet on an as-needed basis. This two-year contract will support SORTAs ongoing maintenance program by ensuring a reliable supply of certified parts that meet strict OEM specifications. Vendors must be able to fulfill orders on a consistent and timely basis, with a guaranteed minimum purchase quantity committed over the full contract term.BIDS NOT SUBMITTED THROUGH E-PROCUREMENT PORTAL WILL BE CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE• All suppliers shall utilize the pricing table within the E-procurement portal. Bids received in other formats may be considered non-responsive.• Items of Importance:All quotes must have the freight included in the price.Lead time: L/T must be noted in the NOTES column in the bid table.
