Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tender is open to all Eligible Tenderers as Mentioned below:(A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in Construction works.(B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 1 (one) contract (including e/m works) of successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 3.75 (three point seven five) Lac.(C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 6.00 (six) Lac during the last [5(Five)] years. Payment certificates of work contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk 3.70 (three point seven zero) Lacs only, supported by Bank certificate (Form e-PW2A-8).(E) Upto dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate, Up-to dated ABC/BC category contractory & Supervisory License.
