The subject of the order is a comprehensive replacement and modernization of refrigeration installations, including dismantling, delivery, assembly and commissioning of 64 new air-conditioning units at the Cementownia Kujawy plant. Detailed scope of work and requirements technical specifications are included in Annex 3 to this inquiry.1. Subject of the Order The subject of the order is a comprehensive turnkey project consisting in the replacement and modernization of the air conditioning system. The detailed scope includes: Recovery of refrigerant from 48 existing devices, their disassembly and disposal. Delivery and installation of 64 new air-conditioning units (60 pieces with a power of 15.0 kW and 4 pieces with a power of 5.0 kW). Construction of refrigeration and control installations, condensate drainage and electrical power supply along with dedicated safeguards on the Contractor's side. Pressure tests, vacuuming, electrical measurements, commissioning, staff training and making entries in the CRO. On-site visit: Employer requires a mandatory on-site visit before submitting an offer. Offers submitted without prior on-site inspection will not be considered.
