Townsville City Council is seeking tenders from suitable qualified and experienced Contractors for the provision of Air Conditioning, Mechanical Services and Refrigeration (HVAC&R) as defined in this Tender.The proposed contract is for a two (2) year period with the optional provision for Council to offer a further three (3) x 12-month individual extensions, subject to Contractor performance and Contractor review. The Contractor is not obligated to accept offers of extensions.The contract comprises of Scheduled Work (PSA - Portion 1) which is to be provided on a lump sum basis and Non-Scheduled work (RPS00248 - Portion 2) which is to be provided on a unit rate basis. Both are subject to variation in accordance with General Conditions of Contract.PSA00248 services will be awarded to a single supplier and RPS00193 will be awarded to a panel of providers. Respondents have the option to tender for one (1) or both portions.
