Air conditioning maintenance or repair services - MINOR PURCHASE. Hiring of corrective repair and comprehensive preventive maintenance services for the air conditioning systems of the offices and museum of the San Fernando Fortress in Omoa. The works cover the intervention of one (1) 120, 000 BTU (10 ton) package type unit and four (4) 5 ton Split Duct type units. Detail of the work to be carried out by team 1. Unit Type Package of 120, 000 BTU / 10 Tons (1 Unit) • Supply and installation of one (1) 5-ton three-phase compressor. • Replacement of two (2) condenser motors. • Replacement of the blower band. • Internal cleaning of the refrigeration circuit using a chemical solvent and nitrogen sweeping to eliminate waste and impurities. • Repair of sections of ductwork affected by corrosion and application protective coating. • General preventive maintenance (cleaning, review and adjustment of mechanical and electrical components). 2. 5 Ton Duct Split Type Units (4 Units) • Replacement of mechanical/electrical contactors in the four (4) units. • Replacement of capacitors fan, compressor and blower as appropriate for each unit. • Replacement of damaged thermostats (failures in electronic control boards). • General preventive maintenance in the four units (cleaning of coils, review of electrical connections, general cleaning of composes...
