Air conditioning maintenance or repair services - Hiring an evaluation service, preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning, valid for one year with a quarterly visit. Description of the Teams: 1. Two (02) 12, 000 btu, 16 seer mini-split air conditioners. 2. Seven (07) air conditioning units of 60, 000 btu, environmentally friendly gas AR 410, 13 seer with ducted system. Specifications of required Services: Prior to submitting offers; HE requires evaluation in order to identify preventive and corrective maintenance if necessary and based on the evaluation; Potential bidders must present their offers in a way that optimizes the efficiency and durability of the equipment. 1. It includes four maintenance visits once the award and purchase order have been communicated. According to the need for repair and maintenance identified by the offering company during the equipment diagnostics: 2. Change or cleaning of filters. 3. Air return drain cleaning. 4. Cleaning the coil, condenser and evaporator with chemicals for this purpose. 5. Cleaning of diffusers, turbines and grilles. 6. Check voltage reading socket. 7.
