D prove to have the ability to deliver the products, required by this notice, on the date and to the place specified by President, Hitotsubashi University,
E meet the qualification requirements which President, Hitotsubashi University may specify in accordance with Article 8 of the Regulation,
F not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President, Hitotsubashi University.
