Biannual preventive maintenance and repair services for a mission-critical Ingersoll Rand Model R160I-A125 rotary screw air compressor, serial number V1859U13149. These specialized services include all labor, parts, and expertise required to ensure the compressor's continued operation, supporting essential training for air-launched cruise missile maintainers. The required maintenance must be performed by a vendor with demonstrable expertise on this specific compressor model to maintain the integrity of the equipment and ensure the effectiveness of the training program.

Market research indicates that Ingersoll-Rand Industrial is only local company capable of fulfilling this requirement due to the lack of competition for this specialized service.
