1. This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This is not a request for quotes and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. The Government will not provide any reimbursement for responses submitted in response to this Source Sought notice. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)- Savannah District is conducting market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources to provide a workshop on artificial intelligence (AI) for a contracting workforce responsible for a diverse acquisition portfolio, including construction, dredging, supplies and services, and architect-engineer contracting in accordance with USACE, and other Savannah district requirements. The objective of this requirement is to obtain an instructor-led workshop that provides a practical, mission‑aligned foundation for understanding how artificial intelligence operates within USACE parameters, objectives, and governance frameworks. It is designed to familiarize the USACE-Savannah district workforce with essential AI concepts, terminology, and functions directly relevant to acquisition and contracting activities.
