Red River College Polytechnic is seeking proposals for an AI-enabled admissions solution that supports and streamlines key components of the admissions lifecycle within an integrated systems environment, including (but not limited to) application intake, document processing and verification, eligibility evaluation support, workflow orchestration, compliance, and reporting. The solution should support a seamless end-to-end admissions experience delivered through an integrated ecosystem of systems, enabling improved applicant outbound communication (e.g., timely status updates and triggered responses) across, and integrated with, existing enterprise communications platforms, and AI-driven inbound communication (24/7 support, multilingual and accessible interactions).
