AI 2025-0209 - Delivery of waste bags In the context of this Tender, the Municipality intends to purchase Waste Bags. The project concerns the supply of various types of waste bags and packaging tape to the Municipality, with attention to sustainability, quality and efficiency. The exact specifications of the products to be supplied, such as the type of waste bags (for example LDPE, MDPE, compostable, transparent bags), drawstrings and printing can be found in appendix 4 and appendix 5 of this Guidance. Through this tender, the Municipality tries to meet the following underlying objectives: •The Assignment aims to promote sustainability by selecting waste bags and packaging tape that comply with environmental and sustainability standards, such as using recycled materials and promoting the circular economy; •The project aims to improve efficiency in the waste sorting process, for example by using transparent bags that make it easier to identify the type of waste, making waste processing faster and more accurate; •The Agreement must contribute to achieving municipal sustainability goals, such as reducing CO2 emissions and promoting circular economy principles in waste management.
