Scope of Work/Overview:Contractor services to complete the Upgrade of AHU in the Mechanical room located in the mechanical penthouse of Oxford Building as per the bid package, including: equipment, supervision, testing, tools, labour, materials, consumable and installed materials, and services.AHU-1 replacement of the air handling unit includes the following: Replacement Air Handling Unit, complete with supply fan(s), two-stage filters with electronic type final filter (MERV 15 equivalent), humidification dispersion tubes, direct-exchange cooling coil, heat recovery run-around loop preheat coil, dampers, actuators and control devices for temperature, humidity, and pressure. Supply Fan and Return Fan VSDs disconnects replacement. Installation of load reactors and harmonic filters to be added where applicable. Replacement Condensing Unit on the roof level Replacement Humidifier on the Penthouse level The installation of the preheat coil and associated piping, complete with circulating pump, valves and insulation. The installation of control dampers and actuators at relief air openings Temporary Air Handling Unit will meet building demand throughout the duration of construction. Rebalancing of AHU system, including all floor-level VAVs. Any necessary Mechanical/Electrical connections. Any required abatement to make the work area safe. All necessary modifications or patching of finishes to do the Work and make good.
