The subject of procurement is the analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, commissioning, user education and guaranteed maintenance of the integrated information system for agro-ecological zoning of the Republic of Croatia (hereinafter: AEZ system). The system must represent a central national platform for the collection, management, analysis, modeling, visualization and distribution of agroecological data and the results of agroecological analyses. The goal of the system is the establishment of a unique digital environment that enables the identification and monitoring of agro-ecological zones, assessment of benefits for individual agricultural crops, creation of scenario analyzes and support for making professional and strategic decisions in the field of agricultural policy, natural resource management and adaptation to climate change. The system must enable the processing of large amounts of spatial and temporal data, the implementation of complex analytical processes and the distribution of results via a web GIS interface and standardized service interfaces.
