Tenders are invited for Agro-Investment Corporation Irrigation Transmission Force Main & Equipping

The Government of Jamaica has received a loan from the World Bank towards the cost of the SECOND RURAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INTITIATIVE (REDI II) PROJECT. The Jamaica Social Investment Fund (JSIF) intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to cover payments under the following contracts:

Agro-Investment Corporation Irrigation Transmission Force Main & Equipping (#73700)

Scope: The supply and installation of 1.8km of 250mm diameter PVC pipe along with the relevant valves, fittings and hydrants. The project also involves site clearance and earth works for the Ebony Park component of the project.

All Bidders must submit a valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) or Tax Compliance Letter (TCL). Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the World Bank-s Guidelines Procurement of Goods, Works, and Non-Consulting Services: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits (January 2011), and is opened to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the guidelines and the Government of Jamaica Handbook of Public Sector Procurement Procedures (Revised March 2014), Volume 2 of 4 Procedures for the Procurement of Goods, General Services & Works.
