OBJECTIVE OF CONSULTING: GUARANTEE THE EXECUTION, MONITORING AND TECHNICAL ALIGNMENT OF THE FIELD ACTIVITIES ASSIGNED TO THE DIRECTORATE OF AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (DICTA), ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROGRAMMED GOALS AND THE QUALITY OF THE DELIVERABLE PRODUCTS UNDER THE PROJECT AND SERNA STANDARDS. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: ACADEMIC TRAINING: PROFESSIONAL WITH TRAINING IN THE AREA OF AGRICULTURE OR RURAL DEVELOPMENT (E.G. AGRONOMIC ENGINEERING, OR RELATED CAREERS) AND WITH SOLID TRAINING IN RURAL EXTENSION, SOIL CONSERVATION AND MICROBASINS. EXPERIENCE: A) MINIMUM FIFTEEN (15) YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE PUBLIC, PRIVATE SECTOR OR NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS (NGOs), LEADING THE EXECUTION OF AGRICULTURAL AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS COMPREHENSIVE AND TECHNICAL FIELD COORDINATION IN BORDER AND HILLSIDE AREAS.
