Agricultural power and machine service 2026. Maintenance, repair, and spare parts supply of the Bidder's agricultural force and machinery within the framework of a business framework contract, up to the limit of the framework sums. The framework amount of the contracts: HUF 72, 756, 000. The on the basis of ad hoc orders, the winning Contractor must carry out full-scale maintenance and repairs together with related administrative tasks (preparation of quotations, documentation of repairs/maintenance, etc.), as well as the sale of spare parts for the devices regardless of the repair, where appropriate. In addition, the winning Contractor must perform on-site technical rescue, machine transport, and technical inspection, as appropriate. Bidder for 50% of the budget undertakes an order obligation. Additional technical, professional and contractual requirements related to performance are contained in the public procurement documents, especially the technical description and draft contract. The Kbt. Based on paragraph (4) of § 61 a the nature of the subject matter of the procurement and the additional circumstances related to the contract do not allow the provision of partial tenders in the procedure, because the subject matter of the public procurement is to be carried out in the same area, to be carried out in parallel, or to be built on each other it is a complex task involving work processes.
