The contracting authority requires the provision of support, maintenance and development of the existing personnel information system of the contracting authority, operated on the OKbase platform, including provision of technical support services, updates, implementation of legislative changes and professional advice for users. The performance of a public order includes in particular: •providing technical and application support for the system, including regular system updates, analysis and resolution of incidents and requests for operational cooperation that require changes, knowledge source code, configuration and knowledge of the system and its architecture • ensuring updates of OKbase in accordance with the currently valid and effective versions of relevant legal regulations (e.g. in the field of labor law, a proposal for the issuance of a law on legal relations of civil servants in ministries and other administrative offices, Civil Servants Act) including correction and optimization of individual functions and adjustments related to changes in legal regulations in the form of delivery of a new version software • provision of project management services, including management of relevant project documentation and project management, which includes in particular quality control and change management, and methodical project management in cooperation with the client and according to his requirements throughout the period of validity of the Agreement • fulfillment of security requirements so that the system complies with cyber regulations and information security, and the implementation of the recommendations of the Digital Information Agency (DIA) regarding the impact on data and its...
