Products or services: Endoscopy accessory kits In accordance with the Public Procurement Law NO 19, 886, its Regulations and modifications, the Ovalle Provincial Hospital calls for public bidding from companies or suppliers in the sector, natural persons or legal entities, Chilean or foreign, as well as Temporary Unions of Suppliers, to celebrate an AGREEMENT FOR SUPPLY OF SELF-EXPANDABLE ENDOSCOPY PROSTHESIS SUPPLIES, for the Provincial Hospital of Ovalle, for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months, or until the reference budget is exhausted, for a timely and adequate supply of these products and thus guarantee the correct functioning of the establishment. This process will be carried out through the Information System of the Purchasing Department and Public Procurement www.mercadopublico.cl, as established in Law NO 19, 886 and its Regulations. The administrative bases and their technical specifications establish the conditions that will govern this tender and the subsequent contract to be concluded. to fulfill this objective.
