That, the Hospital del Salvador needs to have an agreement supply of office drugs for 36 months for the Hospital del Salvador in order to adequately and efficiently satisfy the care work for a period of 36 months. That, by the certain amount, the present Bidding is located in the section for those hiring equal to or greater than 100 UTM and lower than 1, 000 UTM, in accordance with article 36 of the Regulation of Law No. 19, 886; which made the respective consultations, the provision of the agreement supply of office drugs by 36 Months for the Hospital del Salvador is not available by framework agreement offered in the Information System of the Purchasing Directorate, www.mercadoPublica.cl; which, this purchase is linked to the 1058085-6-PC25 project, corresponding to the annual purchasing plan of the year 2025.
