Have a Quality Surveillance and Security Services Agreement for the Family and Community Hospital of Laja, Dr. Juan Lobos Krause, CECOSF Los Castaños and Sala Cuna consistent with the required need, providing excellent care to users and patients, both internal and external to the Hospital, in all the units indicated in these bidding rules. 2. The contractor may offer actions or works alternatives that contribute to a better quality of the contracted services, but that do not imply an increase in the lump sum of the offer. 3. For the surveillance and security service, bidders are required who demonstrate competencies in the field, as well as have trained and sufficient human resources to carry out this work and face exceptional and emergency situations when required.
