The above, within the framework of the “Transfer for Reduction of the Surgical and Specialty Waiting List of the Ñuble Region” Program, financed with FNDR resources, whose purpose is to increase the resolution capacity of the public health network, reduce waiting times and ensure the continuity and timeliness of care, considering that the existing demand cannot be fully covered with the available institutional human resources, in accordance with the provisions established in the Administrative and Technical Bases of this tender.
