DESCRIPTION OF THE BIDDER: This tender corresponds to a application for proposals (RFP) to select qualified consultants, in providing consulting services for works under the monitoring of the Unops office in Costa Rica, distributed in three lots: 1. Inspection services2. Topography services3. Material quality verification services with the selected consultants will be signed a framework agreement called; Agreement in the long term (LTA), for an initial period of three years, which may be extended for 2 additional years depending on, among other factors, the performance shown by the consultants.
