Tender Details

The framework agreement for surveys and related services carried out among users, agents and stakeholders of France Travail services is made up of 5 lots:

Lot 1: Creation of national satisfaction barometers

Lot 2: Measurement of quality of service issued by France travail agencies, its prcontractors and training organizations used by France Travail

Lot 3: Carrying out qualitative studies

Lot 4: Carrying out the internal France Travail barometer

Lot 5: Provision of a semantic analysis tool

These qualitative studies mainly aim to identifyer with different targets: expectations, needs, behaviors, but also to capture specific perceptions, reactions or uses of certain targets regarding a service for example. They can also make it possible to consider the definition of new services or new forms of oorganization of the activity, or to collect reactions and immediate satisfaction from users at the places and/or delivery channels of services.

Provision of a semantic analysis tool

make available to France Work and, where applicable, other actors in the networkwater for employment, an operational tool for restitution and analysis of verbatim results from satisfaction surveys and complaints. The tool must manage and analyze verbatim statements from several sources and allow differentiated levels of restitution depending on the users.
