Description
THE GOVERNMENT IS LOOKING FOR COMMERICAL SOURCES WITH SIMILAR CAPABILITIES TO DETERMINE COMMERICAL AVAILABILITY RELATED TO THE THE BELOW. PLEASE EMAIL GOV POC ANY INTEREST OR CAPABILITIES:
•Fast Attack Craft
-Dates: 27-29 Feb 2024 (AR24-1); 7-20 Apr 2024 (AR24-2)
-Times: 1400-1550, 1800-2000 EST
-BLUF: Vessels will be tasked to mimic attacking enemy fast boats against friendly Naval assets. Aircraft will be conducting targeting operations to eliminate the threat.
-Number of vessels: 10-15
-Potential Location: W-74, W-135, W137B, W- 136-C. W-137C, W-138C
-Preferred port locations IVO Tybee Island or Mayport, FL
-Must be able to make it dedicated W Training Area
-Speeds up to 30-35 Knots
-Must be deep water capable
-Must have radio or other communications capability at all times, must be able to maintain communications with C2 for kill removal and reset
•Large vessel - 87 Foot or greater
-Dates: 1-3 March 2024, specific times TBD
-BLUF: Vessel will be used as a transload asset to stabilize and transport isolated personnel passed off from a smaller vessel. Team on board will remain and provide Prolonged Field Care (PFC) to meet mission objectives.
-Crew and captain provided by contractor
-4-6 AFSPECWAR members onboard for MSN training objectives
-Must be able to provide berthing
-Must have galley
-Must be able to RON at sea 36-48 hours for operations
-Disembark request IVO Tybee Island, voyage south IVO Brunswick, potentially Mayport, FL, and return
