THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Non-electronic and email responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted through the SWIFT Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Event.PURPOSE. The Department of Administration requests proposals for ISSA Type II & Type III Micro-Surfacing Aggregate - Granite Material for the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT). The Contract(s) resulting from this Request for Proposal (RFP) are for the delivery of micro-surfacing materials to MnDOT worksites, or pick-up of micro-surfacing materials by MnDOT personnel at the awarded Responders location(s). The State reserves the right to make multiple awards in order to support geographic coverage for statewide usage. Ordering Entities may place orders on an as-needed basis.SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made via e-mail to Molly Gunderson at [email protected] by May 21, 2026, no later than 3:00 PM CT. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the question due date and time.
