Name of the part: Delivery of fattening pig. The subject of the order is the delivery of sorted fattening pig 31.5-63.00 mm in a total quantity of 450 tons (300 tons in the basic scope, 150 tons in the option scope). The aggregate must meet the requirements of the PN-EN 13242+A1:2010 standard Aggregates for unbound and hydraulically bound materials used in buildings and road construction or newer. For each delivered batch of aggregate, the contractor, at the request of the ordering party, will be obliged to submit a certificate and technical approval or a declaration of compliance with a European or Polish standard. The order includes the sale, loading, weighing, transport and unloading of aggregate at the place indicated by the ordering party (storage yard at ul. Legionistw 10 in Brzozów). Together with the receipt of each batch of the order the contractor will provide the ordering party with a document confirming the quantity of material received (weight receipts or WZ) with a legible signature of the person receiving the order. The Contractor ensures collection of the order item on working days from Monday to Friday, at least from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., excluding public holidays.
