4.1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of crushed aggregate of fraction 4 -31.5 mm with continuous graining in an amount of up to 5, 000 tons required by the Puchaczw Commune during 2026, i.e. purchase with loading, transport and unloading in the Puchaczw Commune. the minimum quantity of the benefit is 4, 000 tons. The indicated amount of aggregate is provided as an estimate to determine the value of the order and does not constitute a basis for the Ordering Party to purchase this exact amount. The final quantities will be determined each time by the Ordering Party depending on his current needs, while maintaining the minimum amount of benefit indicated above.4.2. The Contractor undertakes to ensure the purchase, subsequent delivery, transport and unloading of aggregate to the places indicated by the Ordering Party in the Puchaczw commune. Settlement will be based on the quantities of aggregate actually delivered.4.3. Deliveries will be made using self-unloading vehicles approved for traffic with a capacity of up to 24 tons, on Monday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., from Tuesday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m..4.4. The aggregate should be clean, with a low 0 fraction content, without admixtures of undesirable materials...
