Aggregate delivery - Olszna Forest District, Chocianów Forest District Material scope of the subject of the order: 1) The subject of the order is the supply of crushed aggregate as part of the investment project entitled: "Reconstruction of the forest road - fire access road no. 34" in the Forestry Olszna, in the Chocianów Forest District. 2) Names and codes relating to the subject of the contract specified in the Common Public Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): Main CPV code: 14212300-3 - crushed or split stone 3) The subject of the order includes purchase and deliveries to the place of construction (location of the investment task) of the following materials: a) crushed aggregate with continuous grain size 0/63 mm in the amount of 3, 430.00 tons, b) crushed aggregate with continuous grain size 0/31.5 mm in the amount of 2, 420.00 tons, c) aggregate broken with continuous grain size fraction 0/4 mm in the amount of 230.00 tons. 4) The moisture content of the crushed aggregate indicated above at the time of delivery cannot exceed 12%. 5) Other information is included in Chapter 3 of the SWZ.
