Aggregate delivery - Milicz Forest District, Brzezie Forest District Material scope of the subject of the order: 1) The subject of the order is the supply of aggregate as part of the investment project entitled: - "Modernization of the PPOŻ forest road no. 24", in the forestry area of Lasowice and Brzezie Milicz Forest District. 2) Names and codes relating to the subject of the contract specified in the Common Public Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): Main CPV code: 14212300-3 - crushed or split stone 3) The subject of the contract includes purchase and delivery to the site construction (location of the investment task) of the following materials: a) crushed aggregate with continuous grain size 0/63 mm in the amount of 7, 470.0 tons, b) crushed aggregate with continuous grain size 0/31.5 mm in the amount of 8, 440.0 tons, c) crushed aggregate granite, with continuous grain size of 0/5 mm fraction, 440.0 tons. 4) The moisture content of the crushed aggregate indicated above at the time of delivery cannot exceed 12%. 5) Other information is included in Chapter 3 of the SWZ.
