The Mt. San Antonio College International Student Program (ISP) enters agreements with qualified vendors that provide F-1 visa international student recruitment services. Per the terms of the subsequent agreement, the vendor is paid a referral fee or commission for each student referred to Mt. SAC who completes their first two terms in good standing. Good standing is defined by the referred student completing a full course of study and paying all fees owed to the College. The Request for Qualification (RFQ) process will serve as an application process for prospective vendors who provide the services described above. The District will create a list of qualified vendors that may refer students to the College based on geographical region.
