The subject of the contract is the development and implementation of a central, complex, process-oriented agenda information system in the field of financial market supervision, regulation and financial market methodology (ASDR). The public contracting authority requires that the proposed solution implement changes in these basesh agendas of the NBS:
- supervision of the financial market, supervision of subjects in the sectors: Banking, payment services, electricity. money,
insurance, collective investment, securities market, financial intermediation and financial consulting,
non-bank lenders, foreign exchange area, pension savings;
- regulation and methodology of the financial market, drafting and issuing generally binding legal regulations issued by the NBS in the area of the financial market, preparation of opinions, statements, methodological guidelines, recommendations and others.
