Agency services in booking accommodation in Poland *The subject of the order are agency services in booking accommodation in Poland. *The detailed OPZ can be found in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and others attachments. *The subject of the order is not divided into parts and the Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. *This procedure is conducted as an open tender pursuant to Art. 132 of the Public Procurement Law and the SWZ Act. The Ordering Party envisages using the reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Act, which provides for the examination and evaluation of offers, and then the subjective qualification of the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest, in terms of lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings. *The Ordering Party does not provide for the selection of the most advantageous offer with the possibility of conducting negotiations or using an electronic auction. *The ordering party conducts the proceedings for the purpose of concluding a framework agreement with one Contractor referred to in Art. 311 - 315 of the Public Procurement Law. *The Ordering Party does not reserve the right to apply for the contract only by Contractors referred to in Art. 94 - 96 of the Public Procurement Law. *The Ordering Party does not provide for this awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7) of the Public Procurement Law. 1.
