1. The National Irrigation Administration -Ilocos Norte Irrigation Management Office, through the CY 2024 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand Two Hundred Fourteen PESOS and 81/100 (Php 3, 469, 214.81) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Agaga Matangra CIS; Construction of Pipeline; Restoration of CIS Fund; CY 2024 with Contract No. INIMO-2024-03-008. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
